Domestic Orders::
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Please excuse any delay. We are a small shop, and do experience occasional periods of overwhelm. Should an item(s) you've ordered not be available, or delayed, we will notify you by phone or email. We ship most domestic U.S. packages with USPS Priority Mail. Your package should arrive within one (1) to three (3) days after shipping, depending on your location.
International Orders::
For international orders up to 4 pounds, we ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Packages over 4 pounds are sent using USPS Priority or Express Mail International. Please keep customs in mind! Once a package is shipped, time delays due to customs are out of our hands.
For import tax concerns: We comply with international shipping laws, and ship packages with the customs CN 22 form declaring the contents as merchandise and the appropriate value. Any import taxes charged by customs is out of our hands.

Our Return PoliciesWe want you to be delighted with your order! If you're not satisfied, we will accept returns within ten (10) business days.
Returns::
Items must be unused, and in sellable condition. Please email us at
sales@dancingbeads.com for return authorization, address, and packing information. After inspecting the merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse a return. If no proper returning authorization was made, the return will also be refused. If we accept your return, a refund will be processed. None of the shipping charges will be refunded. For credit card purchases your charge card will be credited for the amount minus shipping charges and a small restocking fee of $4.00.
Exchanges::
Should you decide to exchange a portion of your order for the same item, in a different color, return authorization will be required. An exchange will only be made with prior authorization. Please contact us at
sales@dancingbeads.com for authorization, address, and packaging information. Shipping charges will apply to any item(s) sent in the event of an exchange.
Defective Merchandise::
We make every effort to ship only the finest quality materials. We realize some defects can be undetectable until an item is ready for use. Should you encounter an manufacturer's defect with any item please contact us at
sales@dancingbeads.com. We will do our best to either replace the item (upon return) or refund the purchase price, less shipping fees.
